About CS Course:
The Company Secretary course is being offered by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. It is an All-India course. On successful completion of the course the candidate becomes a Company Secretary.
As the CS course is a professional course it goes beyond a graduation degree like B. Com / B.M.S. Hence is commands a high degree of respect in society.
Under the Structure there are three stages
- Foundation Exam
- Executive Exam
- Professional Exam
